Local Pickup and Delivery is now available from EarthWise Pet Greenville. 


Most products that you have grown to love in our store are now available to order online for pickup in our store or same day delivery to your door.

Order before 2:00pm for same day delivery.

Automatic Reorder "Auto-Order" is also now available 

Pickup from our store is available during normal store hours.  Same day local delivery is available Monday-Saturday except for Major Holidays.

And as always, if there is a product that we carry that you want to see in our online store, let us know.

Q. Where will you deliver?
Home Delivery is available to areas surrounding our store at 2700 Woodruff Rd, Simpsonville, SC.  

Check Local Delivery on our shop site to see if your address is in our delivery area.   
Q. When will you deliver?
Delivery’s will be made between 2 pm and 6 pm Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered the same day between 2 pm and 6 pm if requested. Orders placed after 2 pm will be available for delivery the next delivery day between 2-6 pm. 
Q. Is there a delivery charge?
There is no charge for delivery on all orders over $49. There is a $9.99 delivery charge for orders less than $49 but greater than the minimum order of $25
Q. How do I know if the store received my order?
Immediately after placing your order you will receive email confirmation of your order.
Q. Do you offer automatic reorder and how does it work?
Yes we offer "Auto-Order".  Auto-Order lets you schedule regular deliveries of your pet supplies, so you never run out of pet food or other essentials.  Just add your favorite items to your cart, proceed to checkout, select "Yes" to Auto-Order at checkout, and set your schedule.  You can modify you Auto-Order schedule by going to your profile and selecting “Manage Auto-Order”
 
Q. Are all products available for delivery
Most products in our store are available for delivery, except for certain bulk items.
Q. Can I get frozen products delivered?
Yes, any Frozen Products we stock in our store are available for delivery.  In order to insure the safety of your order, we highly recommend that you provide a cooler or other cold storage unit for us to place your frozen products.
Q. Are you going to track the Frequent Buyer Programs?
Absolutely, If your pet food has a frequent buyer program such as buy 12 bags get 1 free we will track your purchases towards that credit. When you have achieved your frequent buyer reward we will refund your purchase and deliver your free product as you ordered. Unfortunately, our store loyalty credits and any other store discounts only apply to in-store purchases.
Q. Do I have to be present to receive my order?
You do not have to be present to receive your order.  But you will need to provide a safe and secure area for us to place your order.  EarthWise Pet Greenville is not responsible for any damaged or stolen goods.  Please provide any special instructions you may have regarding placement of your order.  In lieu of special instructions we will leave your order outside your front door, or in another visible place. Please note we will not enter your home to leave your order without special arrangements.  Please contact us at 864-631-2745 for further information.
Q. How do I return items I bought online?
Items purchased online will follow our standard return policy. Returns must be made
within 90 days if accompanied by original package or UPC.  All returns must be done at our store.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
Yes.  You can cancel your order and receive a refund by calling our store at 864-631-2745.
